This was a determined and disciplined performance from The Villagers in an etertaing game. Southport will claim thay should have won as they missed a couple of good chances but that would have been harsh on The Villagers. Steve Housham’s side played with confidence and passion. Mark Gray gave them the lead. Southport scored twice before Kuda Muskwe hit a deserved equaliser. Report
